Cassandra is an event specialist and founder of Events and More, Inc. (EMI). Before launching EMI, Cassandra worked
over 18 years in city, federal and corporate sectors, where she was an executive director of a performing arts program,
and project manager for a variety of special events, press conferences, sporting events, corporate meetings and college tours.
She is also a trailblazer in the event marketing industry, and a past president of the International Special Events Society (ISES).
Morrison prides herself on having a professional attitude, being detail oriented and meeting the client's objectives.
She believes business is built on relationships and approaches every project with the intention of building a great business relationship,
not only delivering a incredible event.
Cassandra is active in a variety of organizations including: International Special Events Society (ISES), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Association of Fund Raising Professionals (AFP), and the Metro Detroit Convention and Visitors Bureau.
As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) for more than 10 years, Edith brings over 15 years experience to the EMI team as project manager for corporate and social events. Edith works with our clients to coordinate events from inception to completion. She offers a unique wisdom in the planning and implementation of marketing programs and events; and prides herself on effectively developing production business relationships.
Melanie brings over five years of experience in event coordination and public relations to the EMI team. Melanie is very creative and steadfast at meeting our clients' objectives and providing fantastic customer service. With a strong sense of being very detail oriented, she conducts research for projects, handles vendor coordination, and works with clients to develop public relations strategies for various projects.
